MIDDLE SCHOOL 
PROGRAM

This program is designed to successfully transition students from middle school to high school and provides improving academic, social, and emotional readiness for high school when students are most vulnerable. This program also offers academic remediation, resiliency skill-building, career awareness and career exploration designed to increase high school relevance. The middle school program is embedded into the school day with a 10 month follow up program after the student leave where the middle school. The JAG Specialist provide support as students transition successfully to high school.
